We're looking for a bold, strategic, and imaginative Director of Branded Content to lead the development and execution of world-class content and creative on behalf of key clients and partners. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, sales, and strategy-partnering across the brand studio to bring our client stories to life.
You will be the driving force behind branded content-from ideation to sales to execution. You bring a deep understanding of how to translate complex brand narratives into compelling content that drives results.
What you'll do:
- Own the branded content business end to end-shaping the vision, building revenue, driving programs and ensuring creative and operational excellence and alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee execution of sold campaigns - from concept through sales and distribution, ensuring creative excellence and operational rigor.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders- including creative, product, and marketing teams to build integrated programs that meet client objectives and elevate our storytelling.
- Develop go-to-market content offerings-including pricing, packaging, case studies and positioning that differentiates our Brand Studio in the market.
- Serve as a senior client partner- building and managing relationships with top advertisers and agency stakeholders.
- Drive revenue and growth opportunities -- Developing and scaling content offerings that unlock new revenue streams, deepen client relationships, and differentiate our studio in a competitive landscape.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in branded content, creative strategy or content marketing within a content studio, publisher or media company.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact content programs that drive brand outcomes and revenue growth.
- Strong sales acumen with experience pitching and closing custom content deals directly with clients and agencies.
- Deep expertise in digital and social platforms, with a pulse on emerging trends and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with executive-level presence.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for innovation.
- Experience developing and managing co-marketing programs at enterprise businesses is a plus.
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
- Experience Required: At least 10 years

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
