We partner with mission-driven brands looking to rethink and rewrite industry norms. Creative Director At BRAINS, our Creative Directors are builders, collaborators, and cultural contributors. As a Creative Director, you’ll help shape the creative output of the agency, guiding projects from idea to execution. Working under the leadership of the CCO, you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients and a creative force within the team. This role is equal parts thinker and maker. Someone who brings strong conceptual thinking, deep craft, and a passion for culture. You’ll lead campaign and brand work across a range of clients, inspiring multidisciplinary teams and creating meaningful work that moves people and drives results. As a Creative Director at BRAINS, you will Lead cross-functional creative teams through the development and execution of campaigns, brand platforms, content, and digital experiences. Own the creative process on key projects, from briefing to delivery, ensuring clarity of vision, originality, and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with Strategy, Project, and Production teams to ensure our work is as smart as it is beautiful. Serve as a day-to-day creative lead for client relationships, presenting work with clarity and confidence, and helping build long-term trust. Translate marketing objectives into big ideas and actionable creative tactics. Help define and elevate the creative standard for your team, offering thoughtful feedback and direction throughout the process. Mentor and grow junior and mid-level creatives, investing in the next generation of talent at BRAINS. Contribute to a positive, ambitious, and curious culture that reflects the values of the agency. Stay current with cultural and industry trends to keep our work relevant, resonant, and bold. Roll up your sleeves when needed, whether concepting, reviewing decks, directing shoots, or shaping copy and design. Who You Are A collaborative leader who balances vision with execution. A storyteller who knows how to shape narratives across channels and formats. A champion of creativity who values clarity, strategy, and impact. An excellent communicator internally with teams and externally with clients. Comfortable in both the pitch room and the production trenches. You bring 8+ years of experience in creative roles at agencies or in-house teams. You’ve led teams and presented work at the highest levels.
