Qualifications
- 1 years of management experience
- Based in or around New York City
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed (early mornings, evenings and weekends)
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- An affinity and passion for fitness
Responsibilities
- Oversee Instructors and Studio Leads included but not limited to scheduling, training and hiring
- Manage events and partnerships in studio
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Enforce Fuze House policies and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned

- Pay: $50,000.00 $55,000.00 per year
