Qualifications
Required Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience in property management may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Required Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance management.
- Must be licensed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of managing residential or commercial properties, showcasing the ability to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, guests, and team members, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, and property maintenance.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets to optimize property performance and profitability.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

- Fully assist in managing all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Utilize OneSite software for managing lease agreements, tenant communications, and property records.
- Assist in conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to enhance community satisfaction.
- Potentially negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance services, ensuring quality work at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate records related to housing programs and assist residents in understanding their options.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address property issues efficiently and effectively.
- Fully assist in organizing community events to foster resident engagement and build a sense of community.
- Outside marketing required.
