We are hiring a founding designer to get in the trenches at ground level with a new AI product. This is a senior, hands‑on design role focused on creating a highly usable interface layer for agents and chatbots in a B2B context. What he's building
The interface layer for agents and chatbots. A B2B product sold to other AI agent companies. Transforming the user experience by converting a wall of text into a concise, intuitive UI. The requirements
A driven designer who can get in early and help build out and scale the product. Laser focus on human–computer interaction (HCI) and how the end user interacts with the product. Clear examples of previous work demonstrating success in creating highly user-friendly product design. Basic agentic AI experience is a plus but not required. The current state of things
Not built from scratch; much of the product is already built. Customers and pilot programs are in place. Significant financial backing and growing VC interest. Package
Up to $250k base salary. Seniority level
