Job Overview: As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be working alongside the design team creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Collaborating closely with design team and lead designer, you will translate user needs and business requirements into engaging design solutions. Ultimately, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our products and enhancing user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations, utilizing tools such as surveys, interviews, and analytics to gather insights. Analyze data and synthesize insights. Play a key role in user definition, creating user flows and journey maps to optimize our platform's experience. Ideate on solutions in close collaboration with the design team, developers and various other internal stakeholders. Produce wireframes and pixel perfect designs in Figma, adhering to brand guidelines and an existing design system. Perform user testing, iterating on your designs where required based on testing insights. Communicate your designs with rationale founded in design fundamentals to the UX team, developers and stakeholders. Ensure all your designs follow accessibility guidelines and best UX practices. The ideal candidate should have: A degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to rationalize your design decisions to a variety of stakeholders. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles or methodologies. An exceptional portfolio of work showcasing your design process and knowledge of best UX practices. The ability to take ownership of projects and features, from end2end. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or similar. We use Figma her at My Source Network, but learning time will be given for strong candidates. To really stand out, you could have: A working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Experience working in an Agile environment. Eager to enhance your skills and keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX. Experience scaling and maintaining design systems. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US, we do not offer visa sponsorships.
