About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with proven C-suite leadership experience and deep expertise in digital-first growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a senior executive who has scaled marketing operations, led cross-functional teams, and driven measurable results across digital channels. This role requires both high-level strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves to ensure execution excellence. As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring marketing efforts are fully aligned with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Executive Leadership : Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and leadership team on marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategy. Represent Marketing at the C-suite level, ensuring alignment with company goals and board expectations.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth : Architect and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, and automation. Own the full marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and brand advocacy.

Team & Resource Leadership : Provide direction to internal marketing teams and agency partners, ensuring accountability for performance. Mentor and elevate internal talent, building a high-performing digital marketing function.

Data & Performance Optimization : Establish a metrics-driven culture with clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Optimize spend allocation across digital channels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Brand Positioning & Customer Insights : Strengthen brand presence across platforms with consistent, compelling storytelling. Leverage data and insights to refine customer segmentation and journey mapping.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years in Marketing, including 5+ years in C-suite or senior executive leadership roles

Proven success in scaling digital-first organizations with measurable growth outcomes

Strong command of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and analytics

Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies

Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
