About the Role

Join Team January Digital as a Paid Media Manager! We are looking for a growth-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication abilities and a strong background in executing digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize a client’s digital marketing portfolio across various channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video. This role focuses on multi-channel management, strategy, execution, and comprehensive analysis, while also prioritizing effective client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical execution across digital channels, analyzing and optimizing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee analysis and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality insights with team support.
  • Manage ad delivery, implementing optimizations fluidly to achieve client goals.
  • Maintain external communications, nurturing relationships with key clients and vendors.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video.
  • Advance client relationships through participation in quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
  • Establish trust with clients by efficiently managing project deliverables and executing flawless multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to foster skills development and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing pixel placement to ensure data accuracy and achievement of client goals.
  • Contribute to agency growth by supporting new business initiatives and collaboration across teams for internal projects.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights, aiming for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media in various digital channels, including search (organic and paid), programmatic, social, display, and video.
  • Proven ability to create informed media plans and effective go-to-market strategies for complex clients.
  • Experience with performance media principles, focusing on achieving positive ROAS, lead generation, and marketing subscription programs.
  • Strong analytical skills—eager to troubleshoot issues and improve client retention strategies.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, allowing for simultaneous task prioritization and deadline adherence.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Passion for digital marketing trends and a drive to implement best-in-class programs for clients.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. Our salary structures aim to remain competitive for our industry and company size and are part of a total compensation package that includes bi-annual bonuses, health insurance, wellness stipend, 401k contributions, and more. Actual compensation packages are tailored based on unique candidate factors such as qualifications, experience, skillset, and work location, with opportunities for growth through annual merit increases.
