Paid Media Manager Job at Mathys-Potestio, LLC in Los Angeles

Our client is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager to join their team! This is a part-time assignment (Mon-Thurs) up to 32 hours/week for appx. 5 months. The role is remote but will require to be active and online during PST working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage day-to-day agency operations, serving as the primary contact and ensuring campaigns align with our content calendar and priorities.

- Stay on top of trending topics, reactive opportunities, and organic wins, quickly spinning them into high-performing paid campaigns with compelling copy.

- Oversee targeting and audience strategies, vetting new segments for relevance, safety, and alignment with brand goals.

- Write ad copy, creative briefs, and partner with internal and external teams to deliver and optimize assets across platforms.

- Lead campaign pacing, optimization, and A/B testing initiatives to meet performance KPIs.

- Analyze performance reports, integrate platform and first-party data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Communicate results, challenges, and opportunities to leadership, turning strategic priorities into tactical execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (Pinterest and Reddit a plus).

- Proven track record writing engaging ad copy that drives clicks and traffic.

- Strong A/B testing experience across creative, copy, and audiences.

- Skilled in web analytics and post-click performance evaluation.

- Background in digital publishing, media, or content-driven brands (vs. e-commerce).

- Experience collaborating with or managing a media agency.

The for this W-2 position is $55 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
