You'll conduct deep dives into brands, culture, products, and marketing, using a mix of interviews, surveys, field tests, and evaluations to identify and validate exciting new opportunities. Your work directly ensures that our products meet and exceed user needs. This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to partner and influence across Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
