$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Our client is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team and accelerate recruiter acquisition. Your focus will be driving customer growth through LinkedIn Ads—our most important channel for reaching recruiters and agencies. You’ll own the full funnel from campaign strategy to execution and constantly look for ways to optimize performance. This role comes with a lot of ownership and experimentation—if you have a hypothesis on how to improve conversion rates, we’ll test it. Responsibilities: Own campaign strategy and execution for LinkedIn Ads while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets. Analyze and optimize recruiter acquisition funnels to improve conversion and engagement. Define and track KPIs to evaluate campaign success. Design and execute A/B tests to identify optimal targeting, creative, and messaging. Collaborate with design and product to build high-performing landing pages and ad creatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in LinkedIn advertising and B2B performance marketing. Required Skills: 2 - 4 years of experience of hands-on media buying experience,

specifically with LinkedIn Ads

for Consumer/SMB products. Experience in high-growth consumer/SMB startups (enterprise not very relevant) Managed monthly ad budgets of $20k+ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills along with the ability to work in a more ambiguous environment Compensation : $100,000 - $140,000 base salary + equity Seniority level
