What You’ll Do Own the Content Playbook : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that establishes Kognitos as the undisputed leader in AI automation, blending product-led growth (PLG) tactics with insightful, brand-building narratives. Become an Influential Face of Kognitos : Be the primary creator, specializing in short-form video. Script, shoot, edit, and host engaging content for LinkedIn, X(Twitter), YouTube, and other key channels, making our product and its value crystal clear. Translate the Technical into the Tangible : Work with founders, engineers, product, and product marketing teams to deeply understand Kognitos and distill complexity into clear, concise, and captivating content for a B2B audience. Master an AI-First Workflow : Use AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT-4, Descript, Midjourney, CapCut) as a creative partner to accelerate your workflow and amplify output. Measure What Matters : Own analytics for your content, connect work to lead generation, pipeline influence, and brand awareness, and iterate based on data. Collaborate to Win : Partner with marketing and sales teams to fuel content for all funnel stages, from awareness campaigns to sales enablement assets. Who You Are (Qualifications) Experience Level : 5-8 years in a content creation and strategy role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a major plus. Demonstrable Impact : Strong portfolio of work with emphasis on video content. Ability to articulate strategy and business results. MarTech Proficiency : Extensive experience with modern marketing and sales platforms. Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, HootSuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. AI-Native Toolkit : Hands-on experience with an AI-first content workflow and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for scripting), video/audio editors (ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut), and image generators (Veo3, Midjourney) to accelerate creativity. On-Camera Excellence : Excellent communication and engaging on-camera presence. Experience hosting webinars, product demos, or social media videos is essential. Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in using analytics to measure content performance, track KPIs (engagement, pipeline influence, conversions), and make data-driven decisions. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. You Might Be A Perfect Fit If...
