The mobile app is the primary tool for most members, while in-person experiences are being designed. This is a temporary position – 4-6 month contract.
Who We Are The Global Performance Creative team leads the strategy, development, and optimization cycle of creative that powers our investment in paid media, focused on driving profitable business growth.
What You Will Do The Manager, Global Performance Creative Strategy role is equal parts analytical and creative; bridging the gap between Performance and Brand marketing. This role reports to the VP, Integrated and Brand Marketing and focuses on spearheading performance creative strategy to support growth efforts and drive profitable member acquisition.
You will oversee the strategy/creative testing roadmap across all markets, paid channels, and platforms, own relationships with media and brand team counterparts, and lead deep analysis of performance data and creative optimizations. You will balance day-to-day creative optimizations with disruptive bigger swings to meet member acquisition targets.
A quick snapshot of your day-to-day impact:
Oversee the performance creative strategy and testing roadmap across markets, channels, and platforms, partnering with the Manager, Global Performance Creative Operations to facilitate creative production.
Own relationships with global media counterparts, map out content needs, and prioritize global cross-channel deliverables for the biggest impact on performance.
Author performance creative briefs and production playbooks in collaboration with Global Brand Marketing, translating integrated marketing direction into performance-friendly messages.
Lead global creative reporting and transform insights into cross-channel learnings and actionable next steps, including subsequent creative optimizations.
Stay on top of the evolving digital landscape, from competitor creative and social trends to emerging technology, and drive creative ideation to capture demand.
Who You Are Curious, creative, and performance-obsessed, with at least 5 years of growth marketing and people management experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or telehealth.
A strategist with the twin skills of a growth manager and a creative leader, able to connect creative insights to business performance.
A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions, and inclined to test and learn.
Effective at operating within an organization, able to read people and adapt your style as needed.
Base salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
U.S. Pay Range
$75 - $100 USD
