Compensation Travel Expectations: Base salary (USD) $168,000 - $198,000 annually (base pay only; final offer depends on experience, skills, and location). Total target compensation (base + target bonus / incentives): typically 10%–15% annual bonus, with total target range roughly $184,800 - $227,700. Benefits: Eligible for annual performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement match, etc.). Travel: 10%–25% annually — mostly regional day trips with occasional overnight stays; frequency may vary by project phase and may be higher during certain rollouts or client engagements.
About the Opportunity
We are hiring a hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Manager to scale demand generation, streamline lead-to-revenue, and enable data-driven marketing across distributed, field-focused teams. This role partners with Sales, Project Delivery, and Finance to standardize systems, reporting, and campaign operations that drive measurable pipeline growth for complex B2B services.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead marketing systems administration: own CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot / Marketo) configuration, integrations, and data syncs.
- Design and operationalize lead-to-revenue processes: lead scoring, routing, SLAs, and attribution to improve handoffs between marketing and sales.
- Build campaign operations: templates, automation workflows, segmentation, nurture programs, and field-event support.
- Create reliable reporting and dashboards (pipeline, conversion, campaign ROI) to support executive decision-making.
- Implement data governance: deduplication, validation, enrichment workflows, and compliance controls.
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize analytics, define OKRs, and roll out training and playbooks for regional teams.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations supporting B2B services or field-based organizations.
- Proven administrative experience with Salesforce and a leading marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua).
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience operationalizing lead scoring, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Solid stakeholder and project management skills for rolling out systems across distributed teams.
- Ability to work on-site in the USA; expected travel 10%–25% annually to regional field offices and project sites.
Preferred
- Experience marketing for utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering services.
- Familiarity with CCPA / GDPR and security-conscious tooling and controls.
- Experience with ABM tooling, advanced attribution platforms, and middleware integrations (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft).
- Experience with data enrichment providers and identity resolution.
Education Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Analytics.
