BIM Architectural Designer role at Tejjy Inc. - 3D Laser Scanning - Architecture & Engineering - BIM and GIS Services - An 8A Company .

Tejjy Inc. is currently looking for an architect with BIM modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, and Electrical models
• Attending coordination meetings with clients
• Collaborating with other disciplines
• Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed
• Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
• Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
• Site visits and inspection as and when required
• Maintaining unambiguous communication with all the stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; also accepting applicants with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Experience with Autodesk Forge and/or Dynamo
• 2+ years of construction-related experience utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, and AutoCAD
