As Senior Manager, HCP Promotion Marketing, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of promotional strategies targeting healthcare professionals. You will focus on personal promotion (in-person and field programs), supported by digital and other non-personal channels. This role requires strong project management skills, executional excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and field teams.
A Typical Day May Include The Following
- Implementing personal HCP promotion tactics, including messaging, campaign, field team resources and in-office initiatives.
- Developing and implement non-personal promotion (NPP) tactics, including HCP websites, email, print/journal ads, social media, and 3rd party programs.
- Project management from planning through execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Overseeing content development for both personal and non-personal HCP channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and compliance requirements.
- Act as point of contact for agency partners and vendors, driving creative, tactical, and media execution.
- Supporting collaboration with sales and field teams to align promotional tactics with field feedback and customer insights.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize promotional mix.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate guidelines in the development and delivery of promotional materials.
- You bring a strong understanding of Digital Marketing/Non-Personal Promotion for HCP
- You have familiarity with HCP Marketing/Engagement
- You are an effective communicator and collaborator
- You can navigate a global organization effectively
