As a Franchise Marketing Manager for The NOW and Bowie Barker, you’ll be the powerhouse behind the local marketing success of our rapidly growing boutique/shop network. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role bridges national brand strategy with hyper-local execution, acting as both a strategic consultant and hands-on partner to our franchisees. You’ll be responsible for empowering franchise owners to launch and grow their businesses with marketing programs that attract new guests, drive repeat visits, and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence.
From guiding new locations through their marketing launch plans to providing data-driven consultation on ongoing campaigns, you'll play a key role in scaling local success stories into network-wide wins. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal brand teams and external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the new boutique/shop marketing process, support, and consultation
- Assist in Franchisee Training and Onboarding
- Collaborate with the Brand and Agency teams to develop marketing communication strategies that continue to drive brand awareness, generate leads and ensure consistent messaging across media programs.
- Assist in the development of marketing assets and collateral to support local marketing activities.
- Work with VP of Marketing and agency team to drive traffic for franchise boutiques/shops utilizing various local marketing and digital paid advertising strategies.
- Conduct network-wide conference calls and webinars for franchisees
- Assist in executing the marketing strategy for franchise boutiques
- Assist in managing all elements of franchise boutique/shop marketing programs including advertising, promotions, events, sponsorships, member experience and community development
- Effectively communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to franchisees
- Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all platforms
- Track franchise boutiques’/shops local marketing efforts to provide best practices and recommendations to the network.
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior marketing experience in franchise or a similar industry such as hospitality, wellness, fitness, or beauty highly preferred
- In depth knowledge of marketing strategies that lead directly to generating measurable sales results.
- General understanding of Google Ads and/or Facebook Advertising
- Excellent communications skills, with demonstrated success in building relationships with customers and executive management.
- Strong telephone and written communication skills.
- Skilled with marketing analysis of key data points.
- Structured organizational skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully at any given time.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced, exciting and fun team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills required.
