What You’ll Do
- Head the development of innovative CMF (Colors, Materials, Finishes) strategies and solutions for our products.
- Drive CMF programs related to the aircraft exterior and interior cabin of production aircraft, future concepts, prototypes, and special projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that our products stand out in the market with their visual appeal, quality, and user experience.
- Have a clear vision for future design trends, exceptional creativity, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible, market-leading CMF solutions.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Senior CMF (Color, Material and Finishes) Designer or a related job title with at least 4 years of CMF experience, including 2 years in transportation-related industries (specifically aerospace and automotive), focusing on Circular Design principles.
