Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts on higher education projects from concept through construction.

• Stay updated with trends in campus design, sustainability, and learning environments.
  

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• NCIDQ certification required.
• 8+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in higher education.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for higher education or healthcare environments.
• Strong interest in business development.
• WELL accreditation is a plus.
• Experience in project management and interior design.
  

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $50.48/hr.
