Overview
Product Marketing Manager, Bridge at Stripe. Bridge, acquired by Stripe in 2025, is an entirely new payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. The role sits with Bridge in San Francisco and is part of the Stripe product marketing team.
What you’ll do
- Be a storyteller with deep empathy for users and the ability to adapt messaging to reach and engage audiences and differentiate Bridge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead with data by using insights to inform product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Keep projects organized and manage highly interdependent work streams.
- Explain fintech and crypto concepts in clear terms for diverse audiences; translate passion for fintech/crypto into impactful product marketing.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment; operate from strategy to micro-detail to execute effectively.
- Collaborate across teams as a product marketing member, working with cross-functional partners to execute on marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Generate customer, competitive, and market insights to inform Bridge’s product strategy and to build cohesive marketing and go-to-market plans in partnership with product, marketing, and sales.
- Develop messaging and positioning for Bridge across user segments, products, personas, and use cases; create campaign content and sales enablement assets.
- Drive marketing for product releases and launches.
- Enable sales and marketing with content and materials to drive growth for Bridge.
- Coordinate connectivity between Bridge and Stripe product marketing to unify marketing strategies.
Who you are
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience including B2B product marketing, marketing, product management, and management consulting.
- Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with API-based products; fintech and crypto experience is a plus.
- Action-oriented and comfortable moving forward without clear guidelines.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building at all levels of an organization.
Hybrid work at Stripe
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
In-office expectations: Office-assigned Stripe employees spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users to balance collaboration with flexibility.
Remote work: A remote location is 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from an office. You may come into the office for meetings or events, but the expectation is to work from home regularly. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote roles.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $143,300 - $214,900. For sales roles, the range includes On Target Earnings (OTE). Salaries are narrowed during interviews based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request location-specific salary ranges during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends.
