As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Role Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Associate , you will play a key role in expanding our business. You’ll support lead generation, strategic partnerships, proposal development, and marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-growth tech markets, government procurement, and B2B partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and engage target market customers, product partners, consulting firms, and prime contractors
- Initiate opportunities by securing meetings via email, phone, and platforms like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Maintain accurate CRM data for lead interactions, follow-ups, and deal tracking
- Monitor sales funnel activities including follow-ups, proposal progress, and closures
- Collaborate with leadership to manage pipelines and drive deals forward
3. Proposal & Bid Support
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for RFP responses and teaming opportunities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for proposal submission
4. Market & Partner Research
- Conduct research to identify niche markets, industry verticals, and emerging trends
- Profile potential strategic partners and develop alliance strategies
5. Targeted Outreach Campaigns
- Support execution of email, call, and social outreach to generate meetings and interest
- Tailor messaging to align with specific industries and stakeholder personas
6. Conference & Event Marketing
- Assist in pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-ups
- Help develop marketing materials and provide on-site booth support at events
7. Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with business development, delivery, and marketing teams on new initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with company growth goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships/co-ops count!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn outreach is a plus
- Passion for technology, AI, and digital transformation trends
- Able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
