Creditors Rights Attorney

Duties

• Manage creditors' rights matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and debt collection cases.
• Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents.
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates.
• Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies.
• Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD).
• Member in good standing with the state bar in one of the listed states.
• Experience in creditors' rights or related practice areas is a plus.
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
