About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data-Driven Growth Marketer with an ABM focus located in Palo Alto, CA, with some remote work flexibility.
We\'re looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven growth marketer to lead our account-based marketing initiatives and drive pipeline growth at scale. This role requires a unique combination of analytical rigor, ABM expertise, and deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles to identify, target, and convert high-value accounts into customers. You\'ll leverage data insights to optimize every stage of the customer journey while building scalable ABM programs that accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies targeting Fortune 1000+ enterprises across multiple industries and use cases.
- Build detailed account research, segmentation, and tiering frameworks to prioritize high-value prospects based on fit, intent, and opportunity size.
- Create personalized, multi-channel campaign experiences including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, targeted advertising, direct mail, and executive engagement programs.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align on account selection, messaging, and outreach strategies that drive qualified pipeline generation.
- Design and implement robust measurement frameworks to track ABM performance across all touchpoints and channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, account engagement patterns, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful tactics.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, account progression, and ROI metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer acquisition patterns, sales cycle acceleration, and deal velocity improvements.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, ABM tools, and analytics systems.
- Implement lead scoring, account scoring, and predictive analytics models to improve targeting precision and sales efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B growth marketing experience with proven ABM expertise
- 3+ years of experience marketing to enterprise accounts in technology, SaaS, or data/AI space
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact through data-driven marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at a high-growth data/AI company
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), ABM tools (6sense, etc), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker)
- Experience with intent data, technographic targeting, and predictive analytics for account identification
- Understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and experience collaborating with sales development and account executive teams
