Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Interior Designer located in San Francisco, CA. The position requires in-depth knowledge of design, showrooms, drawing and space planning, and custom furniture design. The position requires critical thinking and solid judgement during daily interactions with peers and vendors. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing all phases of high-end, residential design projects, including project management, creation of client presentations, while overseeing the design and installation process from concept to completion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of interior design or interior architecture experience
  • Strong knowledge of FF&E; sourcing, specification, and procurement workflows
  • Experience with interior architecture and construction documents
  • Confident working with budgets, timelines, and multiple project phases
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with a principal while also self-directing
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organization
  • Positive, flexible, and eager to contribute to a small team culture
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Apps, MS Office
  • Familiar with 3D rendering software (a plus, but not required)
  • Custom furniture or millwork design experience is a strong plus
