Location: East Coast (EST-based candidates only)

Compensation: 320K–$350K base + Bonus + Equity

Team Size: 2,000+ FTEs globally

Reporting To: CMO (with direct CEO access)

We’re pipeline-ing a creative powerhouse, data-obsessed, AI-native performance marketing executive to join one of the most exciting software firms in the digital experience space. Following 130% growth in 2024, a HEAT score approaching triple digits, and strategic partnerships with global giants like Salesforce and SAP, we’re building a future-facing Performance Marketing engine—and this role sits at the center of that momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the global face of performance marketing, driving campaigns that deliver impact across every stage of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to activate AI-first campaigns with real business outcomes.
  • Own paid media, SEM, growth strategy, ABM, conversion, and pipeline performance.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team while still getting your hands dirty when needed—this is a player / coach role.
  • Create and test new acquisition channels, iterate fast, and scale what works globally.
  • Translate performance into board-ready metrics with access to the CMO and CEO.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in performance marketing for global B2B software development firms.
  • Experience scaling performance marketing inside a 2K–5K FTE firm — you’ve felt the heat and delivered measurable growth.
  • Builder’s mindset: You ideate. You test. You optimize. You grow.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, set KPIs, drive CAC / LTV improvements, and build out AI-powered marketing workflows.
  • You’re front-facing, curious, energized, and endlessly creative.
  • Must be East Coast (EST) based — not overseas, not PST.
