- Proven experience in developing strategic, innovative, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creative, curious, and consumer-focused; comfortable taking calculated risks and driving innovation.
- Possesses strong business acumen with the ability to align brand-building efforts with measurable commercial impact.
- Capable of navigating effectively within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Experienced as an authentic brand advocate, storyteller, curator, and clear communicator.
- Track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exemplary leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting demanding deadlines.
- Deep understanding and embodiment of the Red Bull culture and lifestyle.
- Bachelor\'s Degree required; MBA preferred.
