Overview
The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team partners with AWM Business to deliver consistent, high-caliber, high-touch client events. These events focus on net-new client acquisition, increasing flows, and building stronger client relationships while building our brand. You will directly support the Head of AWM Events Special Programs and collaborate with Private Bank (PB) Event Planners and PB Marketing Creative Services Team. Projects range from signature global events to small intimate programs and AWM CEO priorities.
Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and deliver collateral from inception through production on time and on budget
- Create captivating designs for print and digital assets in line with brand identity, allowing project-specific creativity
- Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, explaining the creative story
- Coordinate required stakeholder approvals
- Prepare final artwork and oversee quality control from design through delivery
- Manage vendors and PB Marketing Creative Services partners to ensure high-quality execution
- Work on special events and projects for the AWM CEO, including global mailings
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Exceptional typography, layout, and branding skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior leadership
- Excellent organization, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating flawless client experiences
- Individual contributor, collaborative team player
- Positive attitude and flexibility as business priorities shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital design tools like Figma or Canva
