Objective and Purpose
The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing localized marketing strategies that drive patient growth, brand visibility, and revenue performance across a defined region of dental practices. Working closely with operations, practice teams, and the centralized marketing department, this role ensures that marketing initiatives align with business goals, community demographics, and the unique needs of each practice within the region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans that support new patient growth, brand awareness, and community engagement
- Partner with Regional Directors, Office Managers, and clinical leaders to align marketing strategies with operational goals
- Manage and localize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, listings) in collaboration with central marketing team or agency partners
- Oversee community outreach, events, sponsorships, and referral-building initiatives for practices in the region
- Analyze marketing performance data and KPIs at the regional and practice level; adjust strategies based on ROI, lead quality, and patient acquisition trends
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing touchpoints
- Monitor competitive activity and local market dynamics to inform tactical adjustments
- Support marketing efforts for new practice openings, acquisitions, and rebrands within the region
- Train and support field staff on local marketing execution, reputation management, and patient engagement
- Collaborate on content creation, patient education campaigns, and creative development tailored to the regional audience
- Manage regional marketing budgets and provide regular reporting on spend effectiveness
- Drive consistent, measurable growth in new patient acquisition and retention across the region
- Align local marketing strategies with broader organizational goals and brand standard
- Serve as the strategic marketing partner to regional operations and practice leaders
- Adapt to changing market conditions with agility and creativity
- Maintain clear reporting and visibility into marketing performance at all levels
- Champion innovation, scalability, and efficiency in local market execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a multi-location, healthcare, or DSO environment
- Proven experience developing and executing localized marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, community engagement, and lead generation best practices
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust tactics to improve performance
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal creative resources
- Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM/EMR systems, analytics tools)
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region

Compensation and Benefits
Position Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
