Marketing Automation Implementation Specialist - Adobe Marketo for Stefanini. This is a contractor role to oversee and manage the implementation of Adobe Marketo, with willingness to work West Coast hours. Apply via Dice.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing marketing automation systems using Adobe Marketo.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute automated campaigns.
- Analyzing data and optimizing workflows to improve marketing performance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in all automation processes.
- Providing a project plan, milestones, and timelines.
- Training internal teams on Marketo best practices.
- Producing documentation deliverables (campaign setup guides, process flows, playbooks).
- Mapping business goals to marketing automation strategy and designing lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels.
- Developing engagement programs, ABM, and personalization strategies.
- Integrating Marketo with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Working with data governance, deduplication, and database management.
- Customizing Marketo Landing Pages and Email Templates (HTML/CSS).
- Communicating effectively with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of Adobe Marketo implementations for B2B companies (requests for case studies or references).
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or higher (e.g., Marketo Certified Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and how Marketo fits in.
- Strong knowledge of Marketo Smart Campaigns, Programs, Smart Lists, and Tokens.
- Experience setting up and optimizing nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Experience integrating Marketo with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with data governance, deduplication, and database management.
- Understanding of Marketo Landing Page and Email Template customization (HTML/CSS).
- Ability to map business goals to marketing automation strategy.
- Experience designing lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels.
- Expertise in engagement programs, ABM, and personalization.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations relevant to marketing automation.
- Clear implementation methodology (e.g., phased rollout vs. full migration).
- Ability to provide a project plan, milestones, and timelines.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
- Willingness to train internal teams on Marketo best practices.
