Base pay range: $122,550.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Role

As a Product Manager in Payments Digital & Design Platform Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide customer value. You guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with company goals
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Oversees day-to-day product management including requirements gathering, project management, product delivery, client experience and communication
  • Prioritizes, negotiates, and removes obstacles to achieve business results
  • Manages client and competitor market research, develops product innovation roadmaps, and addresses trials of product commoditization
  • Leads all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
  • Partners with stakeholders across Structuring, Sales, QR, UX, Marketing, Legal and Technology to deliver results through strategic capability builds
  • Analyzes industry trends and the competitor landscape to deliver better products
  • Demonstrates a hands-on approach and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams
  • Navigates ambiguous environments with strategic thinking and problem-solving to drive clarity and direction

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrable experience in building scalable platform services
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and adapt to changes
  • Aptitude for translating complex business needs into technical requirements and quickly becoming an expert in new domains
  • Understanding and experience of working within an agile framework (scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement)
  • Demonstrable experience of client-centric design practices
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Masters and 5 years of experience in product management
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
