Overview
The Marketing Transformation team is hiring a Marketing Transformation, Strategy Manager to accelerate our strategic agenda and oversee our integrated roadmap. This role collaborates across Product, Data, Tech and AI teams to reimagine and deliver the future of Marketing. Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and tech teams to build a comprehensive transformation roadmap and organize work into horizons with clear milestones. Define strategic objectives and outcomes for marketing transformation and support business case development. Collaborate with the process transformation team to prioritize capabilities and track adoption metrics for last-mile success. Work with LOB transformation leads to identify common pain points and solve them in partnership with product/tech. Facilitate bi-weekly meetings to keep partners informed and engaged. Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives. Partner with finance and reporting teams to establish a scalable framework for measuring and tracking efficiency gains. Assist in preparing executive updates and crafting compelling narratives to communicate progress and achievements. Ensure milestones are on track and support executive management reporting across key initiatives (e.g., integrated workflow, content transformation, audience creation, omni-channel personalization and AI enablement). Kickstart change management discipline to drive last-mile user adoption and identify resources needed to sustain change at scale. Collaborate with existing process and change management teams to support immediate needs. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
10+ years of work experience in martech. Bachelor's degree in marketing, product, engineering or related field. Fluent in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities. Demonstrated track record of building roadmaps and working across matrixed organizations. Ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams. Experience working in an agile environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership. Highly organized, deadline-driven, with keen attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Work experience and proven track record in Product organization; well-versed in product ops. Work experience in marketing organization; well-versed in marketing ops and/or channel execution. Position details
