Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Over 3 years of proven experience in marketing or PR-oriented writing/content development and project management, preferably in a high-growth consulting or professional services environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and a working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), video editing/graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite, or similar) and design principles Experience with content development beyond long-form text - interactive, video, infographics, animation, etc., ideally showcased in a portfolio or work samples Strong ability to communicate and work effectively with other employees, especially leadership and senior SMEs Demonstrated understanding of the importance of time-sensitive projects and ability to work under pressure Ability to independently navigate a complex problem and work through to a solution with limited oversight Ability to develop a coherent, client-centric story based on an initial idea or overall message Willingness to work overtime occasionally as required by the business Demonstrated commitment to meticulous accuracy and high-quality standards in all deliverables, consistently meeting tight deadlines through proactivity and persistence Strong curiosity about content, coupled with the skill to ask perceptive questions and listen attentively What You’ll Do

Content Creation: Develop, edit, and produce brand positioning and thought leadership marketing content that stimulates top-of-the-sales-funnel interest in Riveron and moves prospects to engage with the firm’s business development assets Creativity: Determine the most effective means to engage target audiences, proactively identifying opportunities to translate strong long-form content into interactive or visually stimulating bite-sized pieces that differentiate Riveron and elicit purchase intent and further action along the buyer’s journey Public Relations: Assist the Associate Director of Brand Development in collaborating with our PR agency and internal stakeholders to earn media coverage by drafting and editing pieces such as press releases, media alerts, and other related communications Project Management: Oversee the content execution for delivery in multiple channels and formats, including webinars, podcasts, video production, and other multimedia initiatives Content Review: Collaborate effectively with firm SMEs and leadership to outline, edit, proofread, and enhance content as necessary Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, the marketing team and the PR team to generate and prioritize ideas for compelling brand positioning and thought leadership content Support the firm’s website rebuild with new and repackaged content in various formats (video, short form copy) Engage in other special projects as needed, including content support for individual high-profile events (mostly client-facing but occasionally to support internal initiatives) The expected pay range for this position is $88,000 - $133,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
