The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Team Leader to lead Forever Labs marketing and communications strategy. This role is ideal for a senior leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, and who excels at crafting compelling narratives that inspire both patients and clinicians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building Forever Labs brand, expanding clinical referral channels, driving patient demand, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in regenerative medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Narrative & Storytelling: Define and champion Forever Labs brand story, ensuring it resonates with both physicians and patients. Translate complex science into clear, emotionally compelling messages. Oversee content creation to build urgency and trust. Develop and own the companys marketing strategy to achieve business growth objectives. Manage a growing marketing team (social media, creative, digital) and outside PR/creative partners. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with clinical and sales leadership.
- Clinical Referral Growth: Build and manage a referral-driven marketing engine with physicians, surgeons, and clinics. Create toolkits, training, and support materials to make referrals seamless. Develop ambassador programs with high-profile clinicians and partners.
- Brand & Communications: Lead public relations and media strategy, working with external PR partners when appropriate. Position Forever Labs as a thought leader in longevity, regenerative medicine, and preventive health. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Digital & Demand Generation: Oversee digital strategy (website, email, social media, paid campaigns) to support referral growth. Ensure patient acquisition channels are credible, science-driven, and conversion-optimized. Introduce performance measurement frameworks for all campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to track referral volume, patient leads, and conversions. Deliver regular performance reports to the CEO and board. Use data to continuously refine messaging, channel mix, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 35 years in a senior or executive role (VP Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of storytelling that drives action in healthcare, life sciences, or consumer health.
- Experience building and scaling referral or channel marketing programs.
- Strong background in PR, communications, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Adept at leading teams while also rolling up sleeves when needed.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Ann Arbor, MI (this role is in-person only).
