REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager, HRBP Field Trade Marketing in Winston Salem, NC.

The Lead Manager HRBP Field Trade Marketing partners with assigned business groups to help drive Reynoldss People vision and strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping our culture, supporting our business strategies, and developing the talent pipeline necessary to deliver on our objectives. The role will leverage best-in-class HR practices to lead, develop, deliver, and support programs that continue to make Reynolds a Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Support for all Field Trade G35 & Below Employees
    • First point of contact for Line Managers G35 & Below to manage performance (PIPs, Corrective Actions, Targeted Coaching/Development interventions)
    • Support Line Managers and Employees in management of Leave Processes (FMLA, STD/LTD, Parental Leave)
    • Point of contact for employees with questions & concerns related to compensation & benefits, development & career planning, and employee relations
    • Ensure clarity on and adherence to Company Policies

  • Execution of HR Cycle Plan Activities (talent mgmt. & rewards)
    • Annual Performance Cycle Drive annual cycle activities ensuring line managers and employees are prepared and execute activities on time and in accordance to best practices
    • TRM - Support Managers in the identification and targeted development of Key Talent in assigned sales area
    • Rewards Cycle Maintain accurate SF data; responsible for executing Annual/Quarterly Rewards processes (ASR, MYSR, PDLs, IEIS/AISP, Elevate (SIP), GWD) for assigned sales area

  • Drive internal and external recruitment for G35 & Below roles
    • Support Line Managers in recruitment process launch
    • Ensure Marketing Talent Principles are followed in recruitment/hiring process
    • Bi-weekly check-in with GBS Talent Acquisitions partners to monitor progress of open roles

  • Ensure that Functional and Leadership Capability building plans are delivered
    • Partner with Line Managers (G35 & Below) to ensure Onboarding Plans for New Hires and employees new to role are built and delivered
    • Maintain visibility to completion of required functional training plans and support Line Managers in ensuring successful completion
    • Support Line Managers in ensuring that development actions are executed



What are we looking for?
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Analyst role (either within a Center of Excellence or as an HR Business Partner), with proven expertise in core HR disciplines such as rewards, talent development and management, and employee relations.
  • Strong employee communication capability; experience in delivering complex and/or challenging information to employees
  • Demonstrated Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing Capabilities
  • Previous experience deploying key HR cycle plan activities at scale
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Ability to travel (quarterly at a minimum) for Sales Area Market Visits
  • Experience managing data to implement work plans in HR
