At Advisors Excel, we're building a brand-new marketing automation team, and we're looking for a Marketing Automation Product Specialist to help us bring our proprietary platform, AE Sync, to life. AE Sync powers the marketing funnels that drive results for our advisor partners across TV, radio, and digital.
What you'll do:
Apply for this Position
- Build and configure marketing automation campaigns in Go High Level (emails, landing pages, funnels, SMS)
- Customize and optimize templates with advisor branding
- Handle the technical side of marketing automation: DNS setup, CRM integrations, Salesforce mapping, APIs, and webhooks
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Partner with our Product Manager and marketing coaches to deliver seamless solutions for advisor offices
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new tools and trends in marketing automation
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM administration, or campaign implementation
- Experience building and managing marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, funnels)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Go High Level (preferred), or similar platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of integration tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Understanding of DNS, APIs, and webhooks as they apply to marketing technology
