Were seeking a customer-obsessed growth lead who doesnt see channels you see people. Youll get results fast, measure them in weeks, not months, and figure out how to scale only after youve proven traction.

What Youll Do
  • Launch new growth channels, digital and non-digital, to gain insights and traction
  • Obsess over customers: dont start with channels, start with people
  • Launch experiments in days, not months
  • Build wins into scalable growth playbooks
  • Partner with leadership to turn insights into new acquisition engines
What Were Looking For
  • 58+ years of growth marketing experience at high-growth DTC/e-commerce consumer brands.
  • Deeply competitive - you love to win
  • Hands-on track record of delivering growth results
  • And above all: Must love the category. Must love meat. (Yes, well ask your favorite protein.)
