Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist Content Producer is a member of the in-house Creative Studio within the Brand Marketing Team at Fairview. This role will serve as a day-to-day operational lead, ensuring effective management and execution of marketing assets used for internal and external projects and campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to drive innovation and efficiency in a fast-moving environment. This role solves problems, improves workflows, and leads operational strategy for creative projects affecting employee and patient experiences and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, this role will oversee operational efficiency, workflow, and execution of content production across formats including digital media, video, social content, print, photography, and signage. It is responsible for optimizing processes, managing project resources, and ensuring collaboration between creative, brand marketing, internal and external partners to deliver high-quality content on time and within scope, aligned with the health system's goals and brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of multiple creative projects from concept to delivery; manage incoming briefs for accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment; refine project management tools to manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-scope content.
  • Content Production: Oversee production of content types including video, digital assets, print collateral, social content, signage, email campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Collaboration: Align with marketing, creative, and communications teams; act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage revisions.
  • Creative Asset Management: Ensure proper organization, archiving, and optimization of assets to meet brand standards and channel requirements.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards to meet objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, freelancers); manage contracts and delivery of work.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPI and project outcomes; use data to refine processes and improve future content production.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve content production workflows; introduce best practices and tools.
Qualifications
  • B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content production and marketing operations, preferably in-house or agency.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Monday.com) and digital asset management systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and production expertise.
  • Experience navigating production-related talent and business affairs.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and storytelling; creative and innovative mindset with a healthcare focus.
  • Experience managing incoming briefs for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment before production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive through it.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive efficient production processes.
  • Knowledge of design principles, brand consistency, and storytelling in content creation.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work; balance creativity with operational efficiency.
  • Strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership; ability to work independently and collaboratively with data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management and asset management tools; Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, patient-sensitive content).
  • Experience in healthcare or non-profit organizations.

Compensation Disclaimer

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual pay depends on factors such as experience, education, and market conditions. We consider internal equity when making offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If eligible for a sign-on bonus, the approved program in place at the time of offer will be honored.
