The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. This position ensures campaign consistency, speed, and follow-through across Basys various marketing channels by taking ownership of process-driven, repeatable, and administrative tasks. This role will maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Coordinate campaign execution by building timelines, drafting follow-up communications, preparing presentations, and sending resources and collateral.
- Manage campaign logistics including vendor coordination, print and design submissions, analytics reporting, and meeting logistics and follow-ups.
- Oversee direct mail operations by organizing contact lists, coordinating with vendors (e.g., promotional item mailers, postcards), and tracking shipments and responses.
- Support list management by cleaning, formatting, and updating partner and industry contact lists across banks, credit unions, software, and direct merchant channels in CRM.
- Provide tradeshow support through sponsorship booking, booth logistics, swag coordination, internal sales team communication, venue research, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up.
- Execute marketing administrative tasks including submitting purchase orders, maintaining asset libraries, and updating toolkit content.
- Lead qualification and list scrubbing efforts to support targeted outreach and campaign success.
- Assist in lead qualification and CRM data entry.
- Support post-event follow-up coordination and provide on-site support as needed.
- Pull performance analytics and assist in building campaign reports.
- Contribute to special projects or campaigns as assigned.
- Completes other assigned duties as requested.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience coordinating events, campaigns, or marketing materials a plus.
