We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to lead our technical team in developing innovative medical technology systems. The role requires a strong focus on conceptual design, user experience, system safety, and human factors engineering, ensuring our solutions are both intuitive and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Team for various projects.
- Represent the Technical Team on the Core Team.
- Conduct user research and define design requirements.
- Create intuitive and user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of design concepts.
- Champion design thinking throughout the organization.
- Maintain overall responsibility for all design decisions.
- 8 years of experience in product development, compliance, quality, testing, and related technical or engineering fields.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in medical, industrial, appliances, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries.
- Understanding of customer needs including software, security, human factors, regulatory compliance, and electromechanical manufacturing.
- Experience with Creo and Windchill software.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
