We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Automation & AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automating Google Ads campaigns, implementing email automation tools, and integrating AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. This role requires proficiency in graphics creation, AI-assisted marketing automation, and data-driven ad optimization.

A leading U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in the creation, production, and marketing of innovative beverages. Since 2006, the company has supported startups and established brands with services including formulation, branding, and market strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT and related digital fields, including marketing, automation, or product roles.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience with email & workflow automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

Responsibilities:

• Automate Google Ads campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Set up and manage email automation workflows to generate and nurture leads.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize campaign performance, analyze data, and enhance targeting.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and graphics to improve engagement and conversions.
• Integrate various automation software and AI-driven tools to streamline marketing processes.
• Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance metrics and AI insights.
