Marketing Senior Specialist Advisor

The Data & AI Practice Marketing Lead is a North America-based marketing position for a practice that is expected to become a global practice in fiscal 2025. We are seeking a strategic results-driven lead to drive marketing initiatives that support the growth and visibility of our Data & AI practice. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that position our offerings, engage target audiences, and generate demand across key markets.

The candidate for this role should have an in-depth understanding of IT services marketing with experience in the Data & AI space. This role will help drive radical business transformation with an emphasis on consistency, predictability and efficiency of messaging that will ultimately help NTT DATA showcase its leadership position in the global market. This role provides leadership, development and delivery of value propositions and messaging for assigned solution offerings and service lines grounded in deep customer and market insights. A key aspect of this position is to create thought leadership strategies, including the development of inspired, well positioned stories to excite prospects and customers, and invigorate our internal teams. As part of the marketing team, this role will be responsible for cross-country alignment of the messaging from demand generation to sales. The candidate will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring marketing product/portfolio professionals to achieve organizational and team objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership in the development, planning and execution of a clear marketing strategy and compelling messaging that will drive the achievement of NTT DATA's business strategy.
  • Owns positioning, messaging, and content associated with how we bring our diverse product portfolio to market across our target customer segments.
  • Contributes to the development of an annual marketing plan that details the marketing, promotional and advertising activities for a fiscal year.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of go-to-market plans to be used to target existing and potential markets and clients.
  • Creates tools such as calculators, EBCs or thought leadership to move clients further down buying journey.
  • Partners with sales enablement to deliver sales with marketing messages and value props. Uses the intelligence and information gathered from market research to inform marketing activities, develop marketing models and to identify the market requirements for current and future products and services.
  • Energizes field team through compelling enablement materials like positioning, motions, playbooks, and other tools that help them ramp faster and deliver winning propositions to our clients.
  • Monitors global data and trends relevant to the Data & AI practice, including those of competitors, to ensure proactive positioning and to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies for the evolving Data & AI practice as it expands to a global practice. Collaborates with regional leaders and stakeholders to align local marketing initiatives with overarching business objective and go-to market strategies.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communication, or related field; master's degree (or equivalent) in business or marketing preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in a product marketing management role preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Experience in launching new high-tech products and communicating benefits.
  • Project Management experience and proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with AI and use of software and technology leveraged in B2B product marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business executives and technical experts to translate business offering and value propositions into compelling marketing initiatives that support product road mapping.
  • Demonstrates passion for positioning and written communication, coupled with strong technical expertise and an understanding of NTT DATA's service lines.
