Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you will be a key member in helping our clients achieve their aims of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are responsible for delivery of the following services:

• Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
• Execute audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL, Automation Studio.
• Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions. Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot. Build and maintain solution-related, campaign-related documentation.
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal teams.
• Participate in consultative discussions with our client partners on goals and challenges, solving our clients requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and key functionalities.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Specialist) or any.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience.
