Who Youll Work With

You will join the Strategic Marketing team at our Saint Louis headquarters, playing a key role in the company's growth. You will be part of a dynamic marketing organization, shaping the future of BW Design Group, which has a 30-year history of impressive growth and a strong value proposition. You will work within the Client Experience team to enhance client development efforts, coordinate RFQ/P responses, and produce client presentations that highlight our unique value proposition and align with client needs. Collaborating with market leaders, technical staff, and leadership, you will help realize our mission of delivering the future of manufacturing and technology.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to develop proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client collateral.
  • Synthesize complex information to create customized, comprehensive content that leverages our Right to Win strategy.
  • Collaborate with sector leaders and technical teams to produce tailored RFP/Q responses.
  • Support editing and formatting efforts, maintaining brand standards and consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently or collaboratively.
  • Maintain a library of client development materials, including resumes and project profiles.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for client development activities.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a client-centric mindset and build organizational awareness around our strategic approach.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Uphold high standards of quality in strategic thinking and client engagement.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, development, or real estate.
  • Expertise in leading and crafting high-quality RFP responses.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in markets such as food & beverage, household & personal care, semiconductor, advanced tech, or life sciences is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to client experience, strategy, insights, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple brands and stakeholders while elevating the firms brand and client experience.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
