Role reports to: MANAGER COMMERCIAL EARLY TALENT

Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit

Work Location: Hybrid

What you will do:

The Co-op Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered from (January 2026 to June 2026). As a Marketing Co-op, you will become an integral part of a Consumer Brand Marketing or Marketing Capabilities team. You will be involved in projects that may include the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and report on product and market performance

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
  • Intended graduation date of 2026 or 2028
  • Ability to commit to 6-month duration (January 2026 to June 2026) 40 hours per week (Monday Friday) for the length of the assignment
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
  • Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

What's in it for you:

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges: $20.00 - $45.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
