Content created for FT Specialist's audiences is distinctive in its specificity. Sponsors bring a particular perspective. Our job is to take their ideas, infuse them with our understanding of our niche audiences, and develop content that informs our readers and is worthy of our pages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the development of sponsored content campaigns across written and video formats, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution.
  • Be responsible for key stages of the sponsored content production process to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams (sales, design, editorial) and external partners.
  • Write and/or edit a range of content assets, including summary proposals, client-facing materials, and partner articles.
  • Edit written content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with FT quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support the end-to-end content lifecycle.
  • Occasionally take the lead on projects from start to finish; other times, provide support across campaigns.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Strong writing skills with some experience and/or training in journalism.
  • A background in journalism or a related field is preferred.
  • Shown ability to write or produce content for different types of audiences.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external partners.
  • Keen organizational skills and a consistent approach to detail.
  • Creative energy and an interest in working across editorial, advertising, marketing, project management, and design.
  • Flexibility and the ability to balance multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • A high personal standard of excellence and pride in your work.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Design/layout experience is a bonus.
