Venterra Community Managers enjoy a competitive salary plus a 20% performance-based bonus paid quarterly, and renewal bonuses.

Responsibilities

Our Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain top-performing teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it were their own investment to achieve company objectives, as well as financial and operating goals.
