About the Job

As a Louis Vuitton Fashion Stylist, you will be an ambassador of the brand. You will maintain a focus on the Ready-To-Wear (RTW) business and support the Retail team with styling and trend advice. You will collaborate with key stakeholders on events, projects, and new product launches, and provide training to elevate the styling skills of the retail team. You will support our Retail Team with existing & prospective 10K/VIC/High net worth clients in collaboration with the Retail Performance and Client Relations teams.

As an expert in Ready to Wear, you will deepen meaningful relationships during Client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton promise, driving loyalty to the brand within the luxury market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales targets and achieve/expand Ready-to-Wear penetration while delivering an elevated client experience at all points of interaction.
  • Develop store selling associates by supporting their top VICs Client Experiences (including Zone Events, Re-see, and personalized hosting) to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Partner with Store Leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on Ready-to-Wear client retention and development strategies.

  • Client-Centric mindset with a focus on excellence.
  • Ability to leverage relationships with internal partners and high-profile clients to grow business through bespoke styling and develop client loyalty.
  • WRTW knowledge and willingness to expand knowledge of brand history, competitors, and product launches in partnership with Lead Stylist / Regional Merchandising Director.
  • Collaborate with Regional Merchandising Director/Lead Stylist on collection trainings and new launch communication; prepare tools and materials to support full silhouette styling and personal styling.

Innovation

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of competition and industry developments; use luxury expertise to communicate and inspire the store team on creative selling and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the RTW client network by looking beyond the business and adopting best practices from across the luxury industry.

Compensation & Benefits

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
