What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and cold-call new clients across Boston and the surrounding areas.
• Meet with clients onsite, understand their goals, and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Sell traditional and digital media (including radio and online advertising).
• Operate independently from your home office.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while building new relationships.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in advertising (radio, digital, OOH, print).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mentality — self-starter who thrives on bringing in new business.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\u2019s license required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses.
