What You’ll Do in the Role:

  • Work with agency leadership and strategist to lead the day-to-day management of a key healthcare account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy.
  • Bring deep healthcare knowledge and market insights to help client achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and media teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Anticipate client needs, uncover new opportunities and contribute to organic growth.
  • Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on project management.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, fostering growth and curiosity.

What You\'ll Bring to the Role:

  • Healthcare advertising experience is required — you know the space, the stakeholders, and how to navigate its complexities.
  • 5–7 years of account management experience in an advertising or integrated marketing environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with branding and lead generation campaigns, plus a solid understanding of digital media.
  • Proven success running integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a persuasive style.
  • A self-starter mindset—optimistic, calm under pressure, and always ready to solve problems.
  • A collaborative leader who upholds the standard for client relationships and facilitates internal teamwork.
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Atlanta, Georgia.
