Job Summary / Responsibilities
The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of a large residential property (approximately 100–200 units) and will administratively support the Community Manager. Responsibilities may include pursuing rent collections or bad debt, processing lease renewals, leasing, completing the notice to vacate process, and other tasks as assigned. The position offers hands-on exposure to property management, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Position Details
- Full-Time Position
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Property scope: ~150 units across 1 building
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of property management or a related field with managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based software and property management technology
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Clean driving record and dependable transportation
- The Community Manager is required to live onsite
